With 20 years of experience, we create and renew tubes using ORCA Hypalon 866 — a high-strength fabric for RIBs, certified to ISO 6185 (Bureau Veritas).

We work with professional high-spec fabric
One of the best-known high-strength fabrics for inflatable craft (RIBs and professional inflatables). Base: high-tenacity polyester 1670 dtex (1500 denier). Exterior coating CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) and interior CR (neoprene) — what “Hypalon” means in practice today.
ORCA 866 fabric carries Type Approval to ISO 6185-3 and ISO 6185-4 from Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore.
